Spit Braai menu 1
- A combination of mouth-watering leg of lamb or rump and leg of pork, along with three salads of your choice, a selection of side dishes and dessert.
Spit Braai menu 2
- Delicious of leg of lamb or rump and leg of pork, along with your choice of two salads and two vegetable dishes, a selection of side dishes and dessert.
Spit Braai menu 3
- A combination of whole lamb or whole pork cooked to perfection, with a choice of two fresh salads, a selection of side dishes and dessert.
Traditional Braai Vleis
- South African favourites, including a combination of lamb chops, boerewors, steak and chicken. Choose between three salads from the menu, a selection of various sauces, and a selection of side dishes.
Potjiekos
- Your guests can choose between sweet sensation Oxtail and a beautifully ‘not so hot’ curried lamb shank. We’ll provide a diverse selection of side dishes to accompany your main course.
